I fell in love with the town of Stellenbosch at the tender age of 3. It is a University town bursting with youth, energy, natural beauty and remnants of the South African story.

I work, study and lecture at the University. Students of the universty are called Maties. And I am a blue blooded Matie through and through.

The world is calling…and soon I might heed the call, but I will always return to where my heart is… Stellenbosch, Matieland.
