Today i revisted the Dutchess County Department of Public Health on Main Street. If you’re in the area, the lot behind the building doesn’t say it’s free, but during the day, no one pays. Not that it’s a lot of money, but the box wouldn’t even take my quarter. I imagine it could be different during an event or something though.
