Nice little town with some shops and a really really old (900 years!) cathedral… very beautiful. Worth a trip if you’re in the area.

Nice little town!?? It used to be the capital of Enlgand and its a city. You sound like one of the many American Tourits we get in Winchester.

I lived there for 20 years.
My mistake, it’s a city not a town but a very small one with not much going on when you compare it to somewhere like Liverpool or Manchester.
