Worth visiting!

The last time I went to this place

I couldn’t afford anything there.. so I ended up in the Michael Cluizel chocolate bar…

They have a full bar, and the chocolate chestnut dessert was heavenly.

i like their chocolate

but it’s hard, if not impossible to tell which brand is my favorite.

i prefer simple dark chocolate – not really into the fancy colorful stuff, so i can’t say if michael cluizel’s are significantly better than other chocolatiers’.

for the dark chocolate, i like a 99% cocoa one. this is like the espresso of chocolate, and it does give you the same kick!

other than that, they seem to emphasize the “single origin” concept, but i don’t think i should ever eat enough to tell the subtle difference….

btw, Jacques Torres may have some 100% chocolate, and the guy at michael cluizel challenged that, saying that would practically be cocoa powder
