Edinburgh Ghost Tour by Hannah Barton

Inside the vaults was the only place on the tour that I got completely creeped out. I was standing toward the back of the crowd – not at the very back, cause you never know who (or what) might sneak up on you – in the last room of the underground vaults. As the tourguide was talking someone stepped in front of me (I’m 5’2" so standing at the back is not conducive to seeing) so my view was cut off. I stood up on my tiptoes and craned my neck to see around the tall person in front of me. When I could see the young, blonde tourguide again her face had transformed into that of an old hag, wrinkled with grey hair. I was surprised and lost my footing. When I looked back again her face had gone back to normal. I was freaked out. I didn’t tell the tourguide what I had seen, I didn’t even tell my boyfriend until we were well on our way back to the hotel.

I got freaked out too~

When I went to Edinburgh in May, we went on the Auld Reekie tour and it freaked me out!! I never behave in the way I behaved that night, hysterical and crying, something poked me in the side, and I saw someone walk by a doorway. I have never been this scared in my life!
