I lived in Paris for one year with my family and attended a bilingual school. This was a life-changing event for me because I didn’t speak French before going. I was thrown into a new culture, forced to make new friends, and I lived in a new place.

I love Paris. It’s probably my favorite city in the world – no place like Paris exists anywhere. Period.

If you’re going for a visit, I’d recommend at least two weeks, three would be optimal for visiting and soaking in the atmosphere.
