I lived in Pathum Thani for four months and had a lovely time. The food in this area was the best I had in Thailand!! I would go back in a heartbeat. There’s not much here for tourists, mind. But it’s definitely a nice change of pace from the overgrown mania that is Bangkok, and cab rides into the city are only around $5-6.
