So for vacation this year, my girlfriend and I are going to Serbia, which is where her family is originally from. We’ll be starting in Belgrade and then heading to the coast, including Dubrovnic, Herzeg Novi, and a bunch of other places I’d never heard of before. We’ll even be there at a good time of year to enjoy the outdoors! Since I speak essentially zero Serbsky, it will be an enjoyably overwhelming culture-shock and I’m looking forward to it very much.
