Hey I've been there ...
and it is truly St. Louis cultural experience. The young people that are hired are supposed to be straight “A” students. The people who wait on you memorize the entire order. A Concrete is what they call the frozen custard. When a concrete is served to you, it is handed to you upside down. Alton Brown rocks.
