I lived with a family in Zwolle for four months and it was wonderful. I got to truly experience the Dutch ways of life: biking in both sunshine and snow, eating bread for breakfast and lunch EVERYDAY, buying fresh stroopwafels from the market, and even learning a little bit of Dutch! It’s a nice little city and I’d recommend a visit for anyone spending a little time in the Netherlands.
