It was okay until I got into the water…the stuff above water is fun to see, and not too expensive to get into, but the water was really churned up, and so you couldn’t see anything (could have just been a bad day). If you’re just planning to get an inner tube thing and travel down stream then I’m sure you’ll feel 100% relaxed! I would however recomend that you just ask a local, or a staff member at your resort to tell you of a place that they know of that’s better for snorkeling. A drink server at my resort told us about this place that was down a dirt road, next to some houses, and it was fantastic! A lot better than Xel Ha. And, we were the only people there!
