I’ve never seen any water moving fast enough or deep enough for that which wouldn’t get you killed (it’s going over the big waterfall) Pretty much there is a lake, or the little stream that makes the waterfall, which at the bottom anyway is not much bigger than a ditch or deeper than a foot or two in most places. Here is what the website says: “Cedar Creek Canyon is the work of Cedar Creek, which cascades as a spectacular 95-foot waterfall. Upstream, a rock dam forms Lake Bailey, 170 acres for fishing and pedal boating. A boathouse offers a snack bar, boat rentals, and supplies for sale during summer.”
