What I want to do at this place — 2 years ago
I’ll be there in Sept for 3+ months, I’m hoping to learn and embrace the culture. Any suggestions/tips? (backpacking)

Go to night clubs and do “booking”(it’s a kind of blind-dating on spot. If you just hang out with boys in the club, you’ll be fine.) Some night club doesn’t allow foreigner because of possible troubles with drunken people.
Korea is pretty safe to walk around, even at night.
Check out zhim-jil-bang, a Korean style sauna. It costs about $4-6.00 and opens for 24 hours. You can sleep there for several hours also. Korean loves zhim-jil-bang.
