I agree with jason_s—the night safari and hawker stalls are the best bets! I also liked walking around the Indian neighborhood and tech malls. There’s a great Hindu temple complete with big neon lights, I forget what it’s called.

YES Floyd :-)..the little India is near the Sim Lim Square(Tech mall, which has like 6,7 storeys of computers & electronic stuff)..
I never get tired of the food from Hawker stalls…the most popular ones among the local & tourist is the Newton Hawker Centre..then again there are too many of them in Singapore..will take up an entire page of e profile if I continue on the food topic ;)
