You seriously own a property or two in Canada? If so, good for you, I understand it’s a lot harder to get financing in Canada.
I’m done buying single families. My next goal is to buy an apt building. More bang for my beleaguered buck.

It’s probably not as good as it sounds. I took Archimedes quite literally when he said that he could move the world with just the right leverage.
In other words, most of the properties are mortgaged up to the hilt! And Florida is experiencing a real estate crash….can you say negative cash flow alligators?

You are correct. I’m a CA guy.
All of our properties but two are out of state. It’s much too expensive to buy houses here in California.
