Worth visiting!
Visited in 1994
I spent two weeks in a conservation area on the island helping research the echidna. It was fabulous! Beautiful scenery, mild weather, and animals everywhere.

I have just spent the weekend with Peggy and Mike on an earthwatch discovery weekend. It is still just as fabulous.
I will be heading back as soon as i can.

Hooray for echidnas and goannas!
I’m delighted to hear that Peggy and Mike are still doing their great work. It was one of the best trips I’ve ever taken. Have lots of fun when you go back!
