Worth visiting!

A tip I have about this place

If you don’t speak Korean, it’s best that you plan a bit ahead with a Korean friend or know ahead of time—nothing is catered to people who speak English. I arrived at the Jeju airport, thinking that there’d be SOMETHING that I could arrange through the Jeju tourist board but there was nothing. I was lucky enough to have a few korean tourists on the tour that i took that could speak a little English!

Good advice

English speakers are often lulled into complacency, since there are few places on Earth that English is not spoken. I can imagine that some naive visitors to Korea might be unpleasantly surprised to find that folks there do not understand English (no matter HOW loudly it’s spoken!).
