I’m also travelling to London for 2 days in mid May. I’ve been there many times and 2 days makes it quite difficult to think of something new and interesting! I’ve looked up the net and something popped up. It’s called the London Wetland Centre in Barnes or near Hammersmith station. Sounds good if you’re interested in birdwatching!
