I am planning on moving to Boulder from Phoenix this summer. Can anyone recommend a good employment agency or headhunter, for software engineering?

I actually am going through the job hunt right now. There’re a lot of tech-firms here. Not sure about head-hunters; I’d contact the firms directly. Try Monster?
