Hi,

I am a REALTOR in Oklahoma City and I think it just happens to be a conincidence that all the homes you see are brown ranch style homes. Most of the older homes (20-25 years) are one story. Older homes than that, built in the 30’s or 40’s are typically 2 story. The newer ones are usually one story but with high pitched roofs. I hope this helps. I’d love to help you anyway I can.

Thanks,

Carmie

Hi Carmie,

Well, I may take you up on your offer to help because my significant other and I are going to be moving to Oklahoma City this summer!

We are looking for a newer home in the 200k price range that is located in a nice neighborhood.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Hi Kate,

I do have some suggestions for you. There is a suburb of Oklahoma City called Edmond and there is alot of new construction there. That is really the best place to find newer homes in that price range. Depending on exactly what you are looking for will depend on exactly where in Edmond would be best. I just helped a couple relocate here from Montana and everything went very well. Please call me at 405-229-1333 and I would be happy to assist you with your move.

Thanks!

Carmie
