I used to rent a serviced apartment through a company called Executive Apartments – website is www.exapts.com.au I think and are based in Charles Street South Perth. Their customer service was great. It worked out cheaper for me even as a single person to rent a two bed apt rather than stay in a hotel – and many of their properties have pools attached.
