A question about this place:
we are moving to fort collins from new england, (couple in early 20's) - any locals want to tell me if there are any horrible neighborhoods to avoid? (horrible = noise/traffic/cul de sac) we wont have a chance to check it out for ourselves before we move!

I think the south east part of town is the nicest. Its also the newer part. But the way north part of town is where the country club is and that’s not too bad. There really isn’t a “bad” part of town. It would be quieter towards the outshirts of town.
