If you could only choose one winery, and one restaurant, which would you recommend? and why? Thanks!

yes on V. Sattui. I have also had a good experience with Folie a Deux winery, they are (goes to check answer) in St. Helena, and the wines are pretty nice plus the grounds and the drive out are very pleasant.
Restaurant, I’m not sure of. Lived in Vallejo for a year but not huge numbers of amazing restaurants thereabouts.
