Sui SHa Ya Japanese Restaurant was probably the best one I ate at.
The environment/ambience was very nice, as it offered authentic Japanese booths with the rice paper walls, a lengthy water wheel fountain/pond in the middle of the restaurant, perfect lighting, and a nice bar area. It’s not too overbearingly stuffy or old-school; in fact, it has a somewhat modern decor too.
Perfect for any occasion (I think anyway), for a date, meeting, get together, etc.
Food is also very good (try the fresh sashimi) for a good price. It’s buffet style, so you pay a set price & eat how much ever you want. You order via a waiter and they bring it to you (NOT a buffet line or anything). Plus, the condiments (seaweed salad, etc.) are re-orderable (free)!

Sui Sha Ya is one of my personal favorites. Wish we had this in Seattle. Hope you have fun there!

I found Le Nakamura pretty good—see my review:

Also here that Ichiro in Steveston is great. If the food is half as good as the decor and music, it most likely is. Have yet to try it though.
