of course i can’t say for all people in france, but we do take baths or showers once a day. to prove my point, here are a few facts:

• we do have soap, for example we make the famous marseille soap
• we have many thermal cities, such as vichy
• even hundreds of years ago, french used to wash themselves in the thermal baths of cluny, of which you can see the ruins today in paris.

if you’re still not sure about that, you should come and see by yourself, i assure you that there will be a bathroom in your hotel room :)
