I agree the Stratosphere is not in the safest area of town. So be very careful. The Monorail is definitely the way to travel between casinos. I want to add that my favorite show is Zumanity (any Cirquue Show) at NYNY. BE PREPARED TO WALK. The Wynn’s Buffett is great.
