Gracias for taking the time in preparing this outstanding lesson in Mexican cuisine!

We will be near Tulum in Yucatan state. Although staying at a resort, we plan on adventures away from it for some of the time. Any restaurant recommendations are much appreciated. Especially one that offers an authentic experience, and most importantly, and unforgetable meal. One to make our “top 10 all time restaurant list”.

We’re definately not interested in “ground beef tacos”, or anything we can find at home.
