The best thing I ate in Mexico was beef fajitas. The meat was seasoned and cooked perfectly.

Authentic fajitas are really hard to beat.

I have had fajitas – never having been to Mexico I don’t know if they were served correctly or not – but the sizzle as the waiter brought them over, the aromas as the were placed on the table, the blend of spiced beef, cheese, salsa, onions and guacamole and the anticipation of the first bite … oh my.

I bet they’re even that much better in Mexico, though. Can’t wait.
