depends on where you are going. i am big on local restaurants not associated with hotels or resorts. – like she says up there, local favorites are the best!
if you are in a fishing area, get the fresh fish! i love pesca veracruzana but that is just me.

There are few better ways to truly experience a culture than through its passion for food. And you can only find that in a local restaurant; rarely, if ever in a corporate establishment.
Yes, we’ll be on the Yucatan coast, so there will be seafood.
