A question about this place:
I will be visiting barcelona first before making my way to tour portugal and then ending off in madrid. are there any places that I should head to that are near barcelona and madrid that would be nice? i heard that granada is a must-see. perhaps ppl here

Granada is upwards of eight hours by train from Madrid, so that may not fit in with your plans.

Zarragoza, which is halfway between Madrid and Barcelona, is pretty fantastic!

Zaragoza is absoutely gorgeous. Check out the restaurants, some of them are pretty interesting.
And make sure to go to the Plaza Mayor when you’re in Madrid! GO.
