I suggest to go Sichuan University by bus.It’s cheaper.Here is the detail.
Firstly, take the airport bus in the airport station.The bus is called Number 300 bus.And the bus fee is RMB 10 Yuan. It’s 21 stops to arrive at the downtown of Chengdu—- Tian Fu Square.
Then you should transfer to the bus Number 19.It is about 4 stops to get to Sichuan University.This bus fee is 1 or 2 Yuan, depends on wheter the bus have a aircondition.
If you think the bus-taking solution is painful. You can take a cab. (we don’t have train station near the airport .) The cab fee range from 50 to 80 Yuan. And be sure to pretended to be an expert of Chengdu.Sometimes the driver will ask a very high price. : )
