We tried to book into a lot of the places mentioned in the other answers too, they get really good reviews in Lonely Planet etc but we left it too late and ended up staying in the Riad Al Faras. I would recommend this place though, it is close to the Djemma el Fna, cheap and really friendly and just gorgeous inside. The staff are so helpful and friendly and the food is great.
