Are you trying to time a trip to Moscow to a ballet performance? November is not the best time to see Moscow. The next two performances of Swan Lake, according to the Bolshoi website http://bolshoi.ru/en/ are November 23 and 30. There are six performances of Nutckracker in December (including two matinees) and five more in January. Dec-Jan could be fun with all the New Year and Christmas festivities (Jan 7), with any luck it will be snowy, but not opressively cold.

However, Moscow was meant to be visited in May or early September.
