- Find the city you call home
- Look below the city name and find “Do You Live Here?”. Say “yes”
- Can’t find your city? You’ll need to add it to the site (see below).

- Why would you want to add your city?
- Because now you can contribute to a collaboratively built view of the place you call home. On your City Wanderlust page, you can see reviews of local businesses and discover new places to explore around town. Plus keep an eye on the travel destinations that are uniquely popular with people in your city.
- What if my city isn’t listed?
- Add your city by finding the region, province, or country where it is located. Next, click the green “Add a place within” link on that page (in the right column below “more places in …”). Enter your city’s name, hit submit and your new place will immediately be added to 43 Places.
- What if I move?
- You can change your city by going to your profile page and clicking the edit link next to your hometown.
- What if I live more than one place?
- Pick the place you most want to represent. You can always shift your allegiance later.
- Do I have to be logged in to the site to add my city?
- Yep. Locals only.
